First Art Purchace of the New Year

Happy New Year! I really want to update with a list of my favorite things of 2006, but more important right now is getting settled into our apartment. We moved in Octoboer, pre-craft fair season and shop madness, so things are sill in horribal growing piles all over. But that ends the first week of 2007.

This is the first art purchace of the year, a beautiful Rachell Sumpter print from Tiny Showcase
titled "The Downfall of Pluto". I Just checked the site to reference the print title and it seems as if the edition of 200 sold out in less than 15 minutes! I knew this was most likely the only time I could afford one of her pieces so I set my alarm, wow, good thing!

So, more soon after my piles get a bit smaller. Again, Happy New Year!
